RAS RETAIL GOLD COAST RETAIL PROMOTION 2024

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Repco Authorised Service (A division of GPC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 97 097 993 283) of 22 Enterprise Drive Rowville 3178.
2. The (Promotion) commences at 12:01am on 05/08/2024 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 15/09/2024 (“Promotional Period”).
3. The sections on How to Enter, Draw and Winner Notification, Prizes and Miscellaneous Provisions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. This Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions.
5. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these Terms and Conditions generally.
6. Each entrant acknowledges that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if the Promoter only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the Promoter has awarded a Prize to the ineligible entrant. Return of a Prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter can be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
7. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

HOW TO ENTER:

8. To enter, eligible individuals must during the promotion period:
   • visit the website repcoservice.com and follow the links to the promotional entry page and complete all required information including describing why they should win the family holiday prize in 25 words or less.
   • Agree to the term and conditions and ensure the entry is submitted via the online form before the promotion closes.
   • all entries must only be submitted online via the method as described.
   • No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
   • Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. The same email address cannot be used by more than one entrant, and the email address provided must be valid and correct. An entrant that is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion or redeeming any prize in connection with the Promotion.

BONUS ENTRIES

9. An eligible participant will earn one (1) bonus entry into the draw when they share their entry on Instagram or Facebook.

DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

10. This promotion comprises a major draw and six (6) minor weekly prize draws each to be drawn at Flow Marketing, 121/87 Turner St Port Melbourne VIC Australia 3207 from 12pm.
    2024. The first (1) valid entries drawn from all entries received will win the major prize drawn on September 19, 2024.
    2025. Minor prizes will be drawn as per prize and draw schedule shown in section 11 where the first (1) valid entries drawn from all eligible entries in that minor prize draw will win the minor prize.

11. DRAW SCHEDULE

12. Winner will be notified via email within 2 days of the prize draw and their name and postcode will appear on the website for a period of 28 days at com/win
13. As the major prize is an event any prize that remains unclaimed by 5pm AEST 22^nd September 2024 will be forfeited by that winner and new winner will be drawn at 12 noon AEST 23^rd September 2024 at the same venue as previous draws. Winners of an unclaimed prize draw if applicable will be contacted via mail by the 25^th September 2024 and their name and postcode will appear on the website for a period of 28 days at com/win
14. Any minor prize that remains unclaimed by 5pm AEDT 15^th December 2024 will be forfeited by that winner and new winner will be drawn at 12 noon AEDT 16^th December 2024 at the same venue as previous draws. Winners of an unclaimed prize draw if applicable will be contacted via mail by the 18^th December 2024 and their name and postcode will appear on the website for a period of 28 days at com/win 

PRIZE

16. Supercars & Family fun pack – Supercars access + theme park super pass for 4 people. Prize includes:
    • Village Roadshow Super Pass. Get unlimited entry for 7 consecutive days to 4 Parks: Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild and Paradise Country.) for 4 people 
    • 3 day General Admission ticket to Gold Coast Supercars event x 4 people
    • 5 nights accommodation – twin or family style accommodation,
    • Family holiday for 4 people including return economy flights to Coolangatta from the winners nearest capital city airport. Tickets to Boost Mobile Supercars event scheduled to take place on the Gold Coast Queensland (25-27 October 2024)
    • $500 Pacific Fair Gift Card.
    • Major prize valued up to $12,000 incl. GST depending on location of departure.
17. Additional Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from local airport departure points, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. 
18. Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2024 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 Supercars Event in Gold Coast QLD Australia (25-27 October 2024). Prize is subject to booking and flight availability. No extensions will be permitted. Any alterations to confirmed prize details would be at the expense of the winner. 
19. The winner and all companions of the prize are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite travel visas, vaccinations and travel documentation where required. 
20. If the winner’s location is within 300km from the Brisbane QLD GPO, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash.
21. The winner and all companions must depart from and return to the same departure point. 
22. The Promoter strongly recommends winner and companion obtain travel insurance to suit the major prize winner’s requirements prior to travelling.  Travel insurance is not included in the prize. 
23. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but if an agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. 
24. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the major prize. 
25. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.  
26. Winner will need to provide government issued identification to determine residential address and identity verification.
27. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, event cancellation from organisers or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 
28. The winners acknowledge that the Event may be cancelled or re-scheduled for any reason, other than as set out in the Conditions of Entry to the Event and the Promoter accepts any responsibility for such cancellations. The winner also acknowledges that participation in any event may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by a third party. The winner and companions must become acquainted with any additional terms & conditions of participation prior to participation in any event.
29. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. 
30. Prizes or parts of the prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash including any or all components of the prize which is unused or forfeited.
31. If for any reason any elements of the specified prizes are unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with a prize of the same or higher value and of similar
32. Prizes are not transferable, saleable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent. 
33. The Promoter makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to this Competition or the merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose regarding any prize or any component of any prize. 
34. Total prize pool for this promotion in Australia is up to $12,600 Incl. of GST. 
35. Minor prize- the first valid entry drawn from all entries received was outlined within the prize schedule will win a minor prize.
36. Minor prize is a Supercars merchandise pack comprising a Tshirt, Hat, Bottle opener, stickers and a tote bag each valued at $100 incl. GST.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

43. All entries to this Promotion must be submitted by a person and any automated entries, fraudulent entries or entries by persons using an alias shall be invalid.
44. All submissions become the property of the Promoter.
45. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
46. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation due to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion or the reputation of this Promotion or that of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, subject to regulatory approval, if required.
47. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including their eligibility to enter) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
48. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity or details of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity or details of the entrant.
49. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, loss of business or loss of goodwill or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion, including without limitation, where arising out of the following: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    • any entry or prize claim that is cancelled, delayed, interrupted, diverted, late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter or otherwise);
    • any variation in prize value or specification to that stated or referred to in these Terms and Conditions;
    • any tax liability or similar charge incurred by a Winner or the entrant; or
    • the use or attempted use of a prize by a Winner or any other third party.
50. The laws of Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
51. The Promoter’s decisions in relation to this Promotion are final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation any aspect of this Promotion.
52. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, the entrant agrees that the Promoter may include the entrant’s name and contact information in a database, disclose it to the Promoter’s business partners and use it for future telephone, mail or electronic message promotional campaigns and communications by the Promoter and its business partners without any further reference to payment or other compensation to the entrant. Participant may opt out as outlined in section 42.
53. Entrant personal information (“PI”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion. The PI of entrants will be provided to the Promoter’s staff, contractors and third parties assisting in the administration and fulfilment of the Promotion, including prize suppliers and deliverers. Entrants may contact the Promoter’s Privacy Officer to request access to or correction of any of their collected PI that is still held by the Promoter GPC Asia Pacific t/as Repco Authorised Service (ABN 97 097 993 283) of 22 Enterprise Drive Rowville Vic 3178 Ph 03 9566 5544. Entrants may also make any complaints to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the above address.
